For north Sikkim all the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok. Packages are available with all meals only. This area is very picturesque & full with flora & fauna.

As this is a backward area:

Hotels in lachung and yumthang valley available but  are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.

There is no geyser in the bathroom – hot water is supplied by buckets by the hotelier.  

No room heating systems are provided in the room due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides Hot water bags.

There are no telephone landlines and the guest has to bear with it.

Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear it with candle light.

Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost of Rs. 3000.00 per vehicle per spot, payable directly to the driver.

In LACHEN we have kept excursion trip to Gurudongmar Lake as optional & subject to availability of permit. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with an extra payment of Rs. 3500.00 on prior intimation.

NOTE: For visiting Tsomgo & North Sikkim, permit is required. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies (02 copies for Tsomgo & 02 copies for Lachung) of Pass-port size photograph & Original ID proof (Identity Card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing of permit.

For visit in various Places of Sikkim Permition is required and send the naming list, age & Gender of all the Guest at the time of booking confirmation

• The hotel check-in time is 1200 hours and checkout time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid will be applicable for late check-out for post 1600 hours and 100% charge will be applicable post 1800 hours. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved from the previous night.
• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation. We accept Master and visa credit cards.
• All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 50% advance amount. The hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without any prior notice or can shift to similar category of another hotel.
• Hotel reserves the right to levy room charge and taxes applicable for the entire stay thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges.

Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.

Cancellation Policy:-

1. Booking cancelled 72 hrs prior to arrival will carry 100% retention charge.
2. Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 50% retention charge.
3. Booking cancelled prior the above time frame would result in 20% retention.
4. A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.

50% advance at the time of Booking and rest before check out. By any mode of payment cash ,card , DD, Bank transfer, online payment.
